Job Summary:
Manage local and offshore recruiting and maintain human resources records. Will be responsible for obtaining and recording HR information, managing the HR database, and assist employees on HR-related concerns.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
• Facilitate end-to-end recruitment process of local and offshore recruitment
• Manage human resources records by maintaining applications, résumés,and applicant logs
• Verifies candidate's background by contacting reference
• Manage recruitment dashboard
• Send monthly recruitment report
Compensation and Benefits:
•Manage HMO
•Leave monitoring
•Manage benchmarking and salary analysis ensuring it is up to date based on the current trend in medical related BPO’s and other positions in the industry
•Prepare and serve Certificate of Employment requests
•Send monthly reports
• Process statutory applications and updates to local government offices from time to time
Employee Engagement, Discipline and Retention:
•Plan, prepare, and execute employee activities, team building, weather updates, current events, work anniversaries, newsletter, and birthday announcements
•Manage company surveys
•Manage Focus Group Discussions and Temperature Checks
•Send monthly reports
Others:
• Help with the teams' workload if needed
• Assist in compensation, benefits, labor relations, and employee engagement from time to time
• Respects and maintain HIPAA confidentiality guidelines
• Assist in creation of process-related templates, if needed
• Other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Skills and Qualifications:
•Strong background in Recruitment, Compensation, and Benefits preferably in a BPO industry.
• Experience in recruiting medical-related positions locally and offshore
• Reporting and Research Skills
• Good communication Skills
• Can work Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, EST
