Qualifications:
•Bachelor's Degree in any IT-related field.
•Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
•Experience in IT helpdesk/Support level role.
•At least 3 years of experience as an IT.
Scope of work:
•Support employees onsite and remotely.
•Troubleshoot VPN client and site-to-site VPN
•Troubleshoot office apps (such as Outlook, Onedrive and Sharepoint) and other softwares.
•Troubleshoot a networking issues on servers and workstations
•Onboarding new employees
•Document troubleshooting steps
•IT checks for new hires
•IT inventory
Required equipment:
Fiber connection and has at least 20mbps download and upload speed
Has available backup internet minimum of 15mbps download and upload speed
Main desktop/laptop must be i5 to i7 w/ 8GB RAM
Backup desktop/laptop must be i3 to i5 w/ 4GB RAM
Hybrid setup, Davao-based reporting preferred
