Responsibilities:
· Administrative work such as research, data gathering and report preparation, scheduling, and email management.
· Add, cancel, or make changes to appointments scheduling.
· Email Management and management
· Resolve scheduling conflicts as they occur.
· Coordinating daily schedules
· Prepare documents for meetings.
· Manage the social media accounts of the client.
· Inbound and outbound calls as requested by the executive.
· Personal errands
· Keeping website up to date by uploading pictures, content and offers
· Must have experience in using Mailchimp and other email marketing tools.
· Must know how to use Canva, MS office to create social media content.
· Must know how to use Dubsado System
· Updating of website photos, content, and offers
· Updating of PowerPoint presentation
· Helping to create monthly subscriptions.
Qualifications:
· 1-3 years Virtual Assistant experience preferably in beauty and wellness industry.
· Strong admin experience
· Proficient in Microsoft 365(Specifically Powerpoint and Google Suite, Canva, Dubsado, Mailchimp.
· Languages: Must be fluent enough in English to hold a conversation and convey
information
· Can work full-time, EST business hours.
· Social Media Management Experience (FB, Instagram)
